1. 運営者・適用範囲

UTSUWAJP（utsuwajp.com）はArterior合同会社が運営するオンラインストアです。所在地：〒562-0032 大阪府箕面市小野原西2-13-5。お問い合わせ：arterior@arterior24.jp。本規約は本サイトの利用と当社からの購入に適用されます。

2. 注文・価格・支払い

商品内容、価格、税の取扱い、送料、支払方法、支払時期、発送時期を商品ページおよび購入手続きの表示で確認のうえお申し込みください。注文受付メールは受付の確認であり、当社が注文承諾を通知した時点で売買契約が成立します。価格・在庫等の誤りを発見した場合は速やかに連絡し、訂正条件への同意または取消し・返金をご案内します。成立した契約の価格を当社の判断のみで変更しません。

3. 配送・関税・返品特約

配送方法、200,000円以上の対象海外注文の船便送料無料、航空便運賃50％のお客様負担、関税、遅延・紛失・受取拒否は配送・関税ポリシーに従います。航空便料金は購入前に確定し、同意なく追加請求しません。当社が手配した配送業者への引渡しだけで輸送中のリスクをお客様へ移転しません。

日本の通信販売におけるお客様都合の返品特約：商品到着日を1日目として7日目までにメールで返品の意思を連絡した未使用品に限り返品可能です。使用後の返品、7日以内の連絡がないお客様都合の返品は不可です。返送料はお客様負担です。支払済みの往路送料・航空便アップグレード料金は原則返金対象外とし、送料無料の往路送料を後から請求・控除しません。不良・破損・誤配送、海外の法定撤回権および法令上のその他の権利は、返金・返品ポリシーに従います。これらの法令上の権利を7日間や未使用条件で一律に制限しません。

4. 商品説明・安全

商品説明を正確に記載するよう努めます。手作りの商品には説明した範囲で色・形・寸法等の個体差がありますが、商品説明との不一致や使用上・安全上の問題への責任を免れるものではありません。商品ごとの使用・お手入れ方法に従ってください。当社は適用される商品安全・輸出入規制を確認し、販売・発送できない場合は注文を承諾せず、または適法に取消し・返金対応を行います。配送先の法的適合責任をすべてお客様へ転嫁するものではありません。

5. 知的財産・投稿・禁止行為

本サイトの文章、写真、ロゴ等の権利は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。権利者の許諾または法令上認められる利用を除き、無断転載・複製は禁止します。虚偽の情報、なりすまし、不正アクセス、権利侵害、違法・中傷・迷惑投稿は禁止します。投稿内容の権利は投稿者に留保されます。当社は、レビュー機能の提供に必要な範囲で投稿を掲載・形式調整でき、不適切な投稿を削除する場合があります。別途の広告・販促利用は必要な許諾を得て行います。

6. 個人情報・電子連絡

個人情報はプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。注文・配送・問い合わせへの連絡は原則メールで行います。法令が指定する通知方式がある場合は、その方式に従います。

7. 責任・準拠法・紛争

当社の責任は適用法令に従います。当社の債務不履行、不法行為、契約不適合等による責任を一律に免除したり、消費者の法令上の救済を返品だけに限定したりしません。本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。ただし、消費者の居住地等に適用される強行的な保護を排除しません。紛争はまず協議による解決を図り、解決しない場合は法令上管轄権のある裁判所で扱います。本規約のみをもって強制的な仲裁合意を成立させません。

本ポリシーは、契約不適合、当社の債務不履行その他の法令上の権利を制限しません。適用される強行法規に本ポリシーより有利な撤回権・返品権等がある場合は、その法令が優先します。

8. ポリシーの関係・変更

返品・返金には返金・返品ポリシー、配送・関税には配送・関税ポリシーの具体的な条件を適用し、強行法規が優先します。日本語版と英語版は同一条件を示すために併記しています。解釈に相違が生じた場合も、適用法令に反して消費者の権利を制限しません。改訂日を示して変更を公表し、既存注文には原則として注文時の条件を適用します。定型約款の変更等に法定要件がある場合はそれに従います。無効な条項がある場合も、その他の有効な条項は可能な範囲で適用されます。

1. Operator and scope

UTSUWAJP (utsuwajp.com) is operated by Arterior LLC (Arterior合同会社). Operations manager: Manabu Inoue. Address: 2-13-5, Onohara-nishi, Minoh-shi, Osaka 562-0032, Japan. Contact: arterior@arterior24.jp. These terms govern use of this site and purchases from us.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Review product details, price, tax treatment, shipping, payment method and timing, and dispatch timing on the product pages and during purchase. An order receipt email acknowledges receipt; the sales contract forms when we notify acceptance. If we discover a price or stock error, we promptly explain corrected terms for your agreement or offer cancellation and refund. We do not unilaterally change the price of an existing contract.

3. Shipping, customs and return terms

Our Shipping & Customs Policy governs delivery methods, free sea shipping for qualifying international orders of JPY 200,000 or more, the customer payment of 50% of eligible air freight, customs, delays, loss and refusal. Air charges are confirmed before purchase and not added without agreement. Delivery to our carrier alone does not transfer transit risk to you.

Special change-of-mind return terms for Japanese mail-order sales: returns are accepted only for unused goods where you email notice by day 7, counting the delivery date as day 1. Used goods and voluntary returns without timely notice are not accepted. You pay return shipping. Outbound shipping and air-upgrade fees actually paid are normally non-refundable; where outbound shipping was free, we do not charge or deduct it retrospectively. Defects, damage, incorrect goods, mandatory overseas withdrawal rights and other statutory remedies follow our Refund & Return Policy. The 7-day period and unused condition do not categorically restrict those rights.

4. Description and safety

We aim to describe products accurately. Handmade variations in colour, shape or size within the stated description do not excuse inaccurate descriptions or unsafe or unusable goods. Follow the product's use and care instructions. We check applicable product safety and export/import restrictions; where we cannot legally sell or dispatch goods, we decline acceptance or lawfully cancel and refund. We do not shift all destination-compliance responsibility to the customer.

5. Intellectual property, submissions and prohibited conduct

Rights in site text, photographs, logos and other content belong to us or their lawful owners. Copying or republication requires permission unless allowed by law. False information, impersonation, unauthorised access, infringement and unlawful, defamatory or spam submissions are prohibited. Contributors retain their content rights. We may display and format submissions as needed to operate reviews and may remove inappropriate content. Separate advertising or promotional use requires any necessary permission.

6. Privacy and electronic contact

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We normally communicate about orders, delivery and enquiries by email. Legally required notification methods prevail.

7. Liability, governing law and disputes

Liability is governed by applicable law. We do not exclude all liability for breach, tort or non-conformity or limit statutory consumer remedies solely to returns. Japanese law governs these terms, without excluding mandatory protections applicable to consumers in their place of residence or elsewhere. We first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before courts with lawful jurisdiction. These terms alone do not impose compulsory arbitration.

This policy does not limit statutory remedies for non-conforming goods, our failure to perform, or other legal rights. Mandatory laws providing more favourable withdrawal or return rights take precedence over this policy.

8. Policy hierarchy and changes

Specific Refund & Return Policy terms govern returns and refunds; specific Shipping & Customs Policy terms govern delivery and customs. Mandatory laws prevail. Japanese and English texts express the same conditions; interpretive differences do not restrict rights contrary to applicable law. Changes are published with their revision date. Existing orders normally retain their purchase-time terms, subject to statutory requirements for lawful amendments. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remaining enforceable provisions.
