販売価格・商品代金以外の必要料金

販売価格は各商品ページに表示します。税額・税込／税抜の取扱い、注文合計は購入手続きで表示します。日本国内の送料は商品合計30,000円未満で1,500円、30,000円以上で無料です。海外の送料は配送先・方法により異なります。対象の海外注文は商品合計200,000円以上で船便送料無料、航空便を希望する場合は対象航空便運賃の50％がお客様負担です。200,000円未満には通常配送料がかかります。利用可能な配送方法・確定送料は購入前に提示し、航空便の選択肢や確定料金が購入画面にない場合は注文前にメールで見積りをご依頼ください。

配送先で発生する関税・輸入税・通関取扱手数料は、購入時に当社負担と明示した場合を除きお客様負担です。国・地域・商品・配送業者等で異なるため、事前にご確認ください。当社が徴収する料金は購入前に明示し、同意のない追加請求は行いません。詳細は配送・関税ポリシーをご確認ください。

支払方法・支払時期

クレジットカード等、購入手続きで表示される決済方法をご利用いただけます。オンライン決済は注文時に支払いを確定します。実際の引落日等はカード会社・決済サービスの条件によります。

商品の引渡時期

在庫商品は通常、注文と支払い確認から5営業日以内に発送します。制作・取り寄せが必要な商品は、商品ページまたは注文前の案内で発送時期を明示します。到着時期は発送準備期間に配送先・方法ごとの輸送期間を加えた期間となり、購入前に見込期間をご案内します。船便は航空便より長期間を要します。具体的な期間が表示されない場合は注文前にお問い合わせください。遅延が判明した場合は見込みと対応をご連絡します。合意した納期の不履行等に対する法令上の解除・返金権は妨げません。

申込みの有効期限・販売数量

申込み期限または購入数量の制限を設ける商品については、商品ページまたは購入前の案内に明示します。在庫・制作状況によりご注文を受け付けられない場合は、その旨をお知らせします。

返品特約・キャンセル・不良品等

日本の通信販売には訪問販売等のクーリング・オフ制度はありません。お客様都合の返品は未使用品に限り、商品到着日を1日目として7日目までに arterior@arterior24.jp へ返品の意思を連絡した場合に受け付けます。使用後の商品、期限内の連絡がないお客様都合の返品は不可です。状態確認のための開梱のみは使用とは扱いません。返送料はお客様負担、支払済みの往路送料・航空便追加料金は原則返金対象外です。送料無料の往路送料を後から請求・控除しません。

到着時の破損・不良・誤配送は、原則到着後7日以内に注文番号と商品・梱包の写真を添えてメールでご連絡ください。確認後、当社負担で交換し、交換ができない場合は対象代金と対応する支払済み送料を返金します。必要な返送・再発送費用は当社負担です。この7日間は確認のための連絡目安であり、契約不適合などの法令上の権利を一律に制限しません。

キャンセル希望は速やかにご連絡ください。出荷前は出荷・制作状況に応じて対応可否をご案内し、出荷後は返品特約に従います。海外の法定撤回権、契約不適合・配送遅延等に関する法令上の権利は優先します。EU・EEA・英国等の14日間の撤回権が適用される場合もその法令に従います。詳細は返金・返品ポリシーをご確認ください。

Prices and additional charges

Prices are shown on each product page. Applicable taxes, tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive treatment and the final order total are shown during purchase. Japanese domestic shipping is JPY 1,500 below a goods total of JPY 30,000 and free at JPY 30,000 or more. International rates depend on destination and method. Qualifying international orders of JPY 200,000 or more receive free sea shipping; an air upgrade costs the customer 50% of eligible air freight. Ordinary shipping charges apply below that threshold. Available methods and confirmed charges are presented before purchase. If no air-upgrade option or confirmed price is shown at checkout, request an email quotation before ordering.

You pay destination duties, import taxes and customs handling charges unless expressly allocated to us during purchase. These vary by destination, goods and carrier. Check requirements in advance. Payment methods and timing

Credit cards and other methods displayed during purchase are accepted. Online payments are captured at order placement. Your card issuer or payment provider determines actual debit dates.

Delivery timing

In-stock goods are normally dispatched within 5 business days after order and payment confirmation. Dispatch timing for goods requiring production or sourcing is disclosed on the product page or before ordering. Arrival combines preparation time with destination- and method-specific transit time, with an estimate provided before purchase. Sea transit takes longer than air. If no specific estimate is displayed, contact us before ordering. We communicate expected delays and remedies. Statutory termination and refund rights for failure to meet agreed timing are preserved.

Order deadlines and quantity limits

Any order deadline or quantity limit is disclosed on the product page or before purchase. We inform you if stock or production availability prevents acceptance.

Return terms, cancellations and non-conforming goods

Japanese mail-order sales do not have the cooling-off scheme applicable to door-to-door sales. Voluntary returns require unused goods and email notice to arterior@arterior24.jp by day 7, counting delivery as day 1. Used items or voluntary returns without timely notice are not accepted. Opening packaging solely to inspect does not constitute use. You pay return shipping; outbound shipping and air-upgrade charges actually paid are normally not refundable. Free outbound shipping is not retrospectively charged or deducted.

For damage on arrival, defects or incorrect goods, normally notify us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the goods and packaging. After verification, we replace at our cost or, if unavailable, refund the affected goods and corresponding shipping paid. Necessary return and replacement shipping are ours. The 7-day reporting period facilitates verification and does not extinguish statutory non-conformity or other legal rights.

Contact us promptly about cancellation. Before dispatch, availability depends on production and fulfilment status; after dispatch our return terms apply.
