1. 日本の通信販売における返品特約・お客様都合の返品

日本の通信販売には訪問販売等のクーリング・オフ制度はありません。お客様都合の返品は、商品到着日を1日目として7日目までに arterior@arterior24.jp へ返品の意思を連絡した未使用品に限り受け付けます。注文番号、対象商品、返品理由をお知らせください。到着後7日以内に連絡がない場合、お客様都合の返品は受け付けません。使用後の商品、お客様の責任で破損・汚損した商品の返品は受け付けません。状態確認のための開梱だけを使用とは扱いません。

返送料はお客様負担です。当社が返品先と手順を案内しますので、それに従って発送してください。当社の返信が遅れたことで、期限内の連絡が無効になることはありません。お客様都合の返品では実際に支払われた商品代金を返金し、当初支払われた配送料・航空便アップグレード料金は返金対象外です。送料無料で発送した場合、往路送料を後から請求したり、返金額から控除したりしません。ただし、適用法令が異なる返金範囲を定める場合は、その法令に従います。

2. 到着時の破損・不良品・誤配送

商品到着後、できるだけ速やかに状態をご確認ください。破損・不良・誤配送がある場合は、原則として到着後7日以内に、注文番号と商品・梱包・送り状の写真を添えて arterior@arterior24.jp へご連絡ください。安全に撮影できない場合や写真だけで確認できない場合は、別の確認方法をご案内します。確認後、当社負担で新しい同一商品を発送します。交換品を用意できない場合は対象商品の代金と当該商品に対応する支払済み配送料を返金します。法令に基づく返品・返金等が認められる場合はその権利に従います。必要な返送・再発送費用は当社が負担します。破損品は使用せず、当社の案内まで商品と梱包を保管してください。

この7日間は迅速な確認のための連絡目安です。後から判明した契約不適合など、法令上の権利を7日経過や使用のみを理由として一律に失わせるものではありません。通常の使用による摩耗、誤使用やお客様の取扱いによる破損は、当社の不良品対応の対象外です。手作りの色・寸法・釉薬等の個体差は、商品説明に示した範囲で使用上・安全上の問題がない限り不良とは扱いません。説明と異なる商品や安全上の問題まで免責するものではありません。

3. 注文キャンセル・配送遅延・紛失・受取拒否

注文キャンセルを希望する場合は速やかにご連絡ください。出荷前は出荷・制作状況に応じて対応可否をご案内し、出荷後は本返品特約に従います。関税・配送期間を理由とする申出を含め、法令上認められる撤回・解除は妨げません。遅延、紛失、住所不備、受取拒否の対応は配送・関税ポリシーに従います。受取拒否だけでは返品や契約解除の通知になりません。

4. 返金手続・法令上の権利

お客様都合の返品は商品を受領・確認した後、破損・紛失等で返送不要と案内した場合は対応確定後、原則10営業日以内に元のお支払方法へ返金処理を行います。明細への反映時期は決済機関により異なります。法令により短い期限が適用される場合は、その期限に従います。税関や配送業者等へ直接支払った関税・輸入税等は当社から直接返金できない場合がありますので、還付手続の窓口をご案内します。当社が返金義務を負う金額は適用法令に従って対応します。

本ポリシーは、契約不適合、当社の債務不履行その他の法令上の権利を制限しません。適用される強行法規に本ポリシーより有利な撤回権・返品権等がある場合は、その法令が優先します。

5. 海外の消費者に適用される撤回権

EU・EEA・英国等の法令による14日間の撤回権が適用される購入では、原則として商品受領後14日以内にメールで撤回の意思をお知らせください。適用法令に従い通知後14日以内に返送してください。必要な検査を超える取扱いによる価値の減少は、法令上認められる範囲で考慮されますが、開梱や使用のみを理由に撤回権を一律に否定しません。返品の直接費用はお客様負担です。全注文を撤回する場合は通常配送費を含む法定範囲の返金を行い、お客様が選んだ通常配送を超える追加料金は法令の範囲で返金対象外とします。返金は撤回通知から14日以内に行い、法令上認められる場合に限り商品受領または返送の証明まで留保できます。法令で定める例外がある場合のみ、その例外を適用します。撤回通知の例：『注文番号：____、商品：____、受領日：____、氏名：____。この注文の撤回を通知します。』この書式の使用は必須ではありません。

English: Refund & Return Policy

1. Change-of-mind returns / Special return terms for Japanese mail-order sales

Japanese mail-order sales do not have the cooling-off scheme applicable to door-to-door sales. We accept change-of-mind returns only for unused items where you notify arterior@arterior24.jp by day 7, counting the delivery date as day 1. Include your order number, items and reason. Without notice within these 7 days, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Used items and items damaged or soiled by the customer are not eligible. Opening the packaging solely to inspect the item does not constitute use.

Return shipping is at your expense. Follow the return address and instructions we provide. A delay in our reply does not invalidate timely notice. We refund the price actually paid for returned goods; outbound shipping and air-upgrade fees actually paid are not refundable for voluntary returns. Where outbound shipping was free, we do not retrospectively charge or deduct that shipping cost. Mandatory laws requiring a different refund take precedence.

2. Damage on arrival, defects and incorrect goods

Inspect your goods promptly. Please normally contact arterior@arterior24.jp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the goods, packaging and shipping label. If photos cannot be taken safely or are insufficient, we will arrange another verification method. Once verified, we send a new replacement of the same item at our cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we refund the affected goods and the paid shipping attributable to them. We honour any statutory right to return, refund or other remedy. Necessary return and replacement shipping costs are ours. Do not use damaged items; retain the goods and packaging pending our instructions.

The 7-day reporting period assists prompt verification. It does not automatically extinguish statutory rights for latent non-conformity or other issues merely because 7 days have passed or the goods have been used. Normal wear, misuse and damage caused by customer handling are excluded from our defect service. Handmade variations in colour, dimensions or glaze are not defects where they remain within the description and do not affect use or safety. This does not excuse goods that differ from their description or are unsafe.

3. Cancellation and delivery issues

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Before dispatch, availability depends on fulfilment and production status; after dispatch our return terms apply. Requests involving customs charges or delivery time do not override, or remove, statutory withdrawal or termination rights. Delays, loss, address errors and refused deliveries are addressed in our Shipping & Customs Policy. Refusing delivery alone is not notice of return or termination.

4. Refund processing and legal rights

For voluntary returns, we process refunds to the original payment method normally within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the goods. Where we confirm no return is required for damage or loss, the period runs from confirmation of the remedy. Payment providers determine when credits appear. Any shorter statutory deadline prevails. Duties and import taxes paid directly to customs or a carrier may need to be reclaimed from that body; we can direct you to the relevant process. Any amount we are legally required to reimburse is handled under applicable law.

This policy does not limit statutory remedies for non-conforming goods, our failure to perform, or other legal rights. Mandatory laws providing more favourable withdrawal or return rights take precedence over this policy.

5. Mandatory overseas withdrawal rights

Where EU, EEA, UK or other applicable law grants a 14-day withdrawal right, notify us by email normally within 14 days of receipt and return goods within 14 days of notice, as required by that law. Handling beyond necessary inspection may result in a lawful deduction for diminished value; opening or using goods does not automatically remove the withdrawal right. You pay the direct return cost. For withdrawal of a whole order, we refund the legally required amount including standard outbound delivery; additional charges for a faster option chosen by you are excluded only as permitted by law. Refunds are made within 14 days of withdrawal notice, subject only to a lawful right to withhold them until receipt of the goods or evidence of return. Only statutory exceptions apply. Optional notice: 'Order number: ____. Goods: ____. Received: ____. Name: ____. I hereby give notice of withdrawal from this order.' Using this wording is not required.
